printed for QUEUEUP · social computer club

QUEUEUP is a walk-in computer club. We collect as little as we can and only what helps us hold your seat and run the queue fairly. This page explains what we ask for, why, and how long we keep it. Plain terms, no fine print buried at the bottom.

What we collect

At the desk we note your name and party size to print a ticket — that record is cleared at the end of the day. If you use the weekend pre-book form, we store the name, email, date, party size, and time window you enter so we can confirm and hold your reserved seat. We do not ask for payment details on this site, and we never store card numbers here.

Why we use it

Your details are used to manage the live queue, contact you about a pre-booked weekend seat, and answer questions you send us. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not build advertising profiles from it. If you email or call the numbers on our site, that conversation is used only to help with your request.

Cookies

Our site keeps a small consent marker so the cookie notice does not reappear on every visit. It stores nothing about who you are. Depending on your browser, this preference is saved as a cookie or in local storage on your own device; you can clear it any time through your browser settings, and the notice will simply show again. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Daily ticket notes are discarded once the club closes. Weekend pre-book entries are kept only as long as needed to honour and follow up on the reservation, then removed. If you would like your pre-book details deleted sooner, contact us with the email you used and we will take care of it.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reach out through the contact details in the footer and we will respond as promptly as the desk allows. Using the club never requires you to share more than a name and a number.

The only queue here is for games — no gambling.
